Today is cycling day!!!

Went out at around 11am to practice for my coming cycling this sun. Totally cannot make it, i was like dam slow, with no energy to paddle, even for less than 10km, not to mention 45km. I guess this time i really will die on the runway.... it's gonna be an arduous event for me.

Met up with Karen and Pei Zhen at Marine Parade first, then walked to ECP mac, and meet up with MJ. Shortly later, ruby and nurul came by.

And we walked towards Cycland and rented bikes from there.
In total we paddled for around 4 hours. I was teaching Karen cycling, for perhaps, i reckon got 2hours. But actually for a second timer, it's considered quite ok la... unlike me when i fell into one small drain and one large drain last time when i was young and cried out for mummy. After renting the bikes, I was training karen on how to first step and the paddle and push. Then secondly, how to ride stably, and not wobble around, or rather not dancing around as i was telling her, and to keep straight, and to own lane, lastly how to change lane. Sounds like a driving instructor's job. hahaha

we cycled towards East Coast Food Lagoon, and while the rest were having lunch, I dragged karen to a spot where there is lesser traffic and continued teaching her. Once done, I promised her that we will go to food lagoon where she can haf her coconut juice. initially she was riding well, but dun noe wat happen, after food lagoon, she lose control again.
frankly, this time i din noe wat to do. I could onli ask her to follow me. wherever i go or do, just follow. And we rode all the way to Changi Coast Rd, which is where the runway is.

And seeing that time flew by so fast when we are having fun, we just had to u-turn and head back to the bicycle shop.
By the time we reached there was about 6.45pm. We were overdue by about 20mins, but i think the guy counted as 4 hours, so it should be 14bux for 4hours.

And after that was dinner, but i din join in. hahaha...

we started at 2.20pm, and returned the bikes at 6.40pm. I was quite shagged, but not to the extent of totally shagged as I was paddling v slowly, but at the end of the day, i realised that i had sun burn. red colour, like lobster... nice...! i like...!!! LOL
