SCHOOL REOPENS 08.01.09

Finally after 2 months of break, school is reopening tml....! I hope this time round I am able to concentrate better in my studies and attain better results. My previous sem's results weren't really up to expectations. I also hope that I can have more self-control! The sight of my laptop really is very tempting - msn, web surfing, all that stuff...., and also day-dreaming! I keep day-dreaming, this also has to come to a stop! red light pls! And all other distracting events or things which come to my mind, those also has to go. Particulary, photography, though is my favourite, is at times very distracting. The thought of what pictures to take, what angle and all that stuff, what cameras are good, oh man, that's a whole train of thoughts..

Speaking of cameras, went to Parkway Best Denki, caught an eye with the new Canon EOS 50D bundled with a Canon 18mm-200mm lens going for $2999!! omg, at that exorbitant price, when can I ever afford a DSLR, which is my dream photographic equipment! Together with a telephoto lens, macroscopic lens, and FISHEYE lens!! PERFECT!! I guess with these equipments, total cost will come up to around 6k-7k?? or maybe more depending on the dealer. 

But for now, my dream camera kit would be a Canon EOS 450D with a 18mm-200mm lens. Though this is rather affordable, but........ IT IS $1999!! Almost 2k for a kit. If only I have an income now, that kit would be mine!
