From this story, i guess i wouldnt send my parents to old folks home in future even if im the only one supporting them, and my elder sis wun lend a helping hand, which is wat it seems like today. The gov shld perhaps extend a helping hand to such families, whose parents are being supported by a single child. It is not fair if help is extended for increasing birth rates, in the advantage of the country.

Filial Piety
Having watched "Money No Enough 2", I have come to realise filial piety. It depicts a particular scene whereby 3 brothers played by mark lee, henry thia and jack neo, took turns to take care of their ageing mother suffering from dementia, holding her at undesirable corners of their house, e.g outside the bathroom. When they realised that they could not cope with looking after their mother, the brothers then decided to send their mother to an old folks home. The character played by Henry thia sent mother to old folks' home, deceiving his mother that they are sending her to a home with a peaceful and serene environment. Upon leaving his mother at the home, his mother then asked the staff whether "is this an old folks' home?", and looking at the surroundings, were all elderly people. His mother then reacted in awe, turned back only to see her son running away. In the end, she fainted in the compounds of the home.
