Went out to town with lilian and alan.. lilian wanted to send in her vaio for repair, and i juz remembered that i have a 100bux tangs voucher to spend, which is valid for a year. After some hesistance, decided to mit up at orchard. Went to repair lil's vaio first, dam funny la.. the way lilian talked to the customer service officer, dun wana elaborate further, but from repairing laptop can tok to food ard the area, the customer service officer was very friendly as well, v nice person to tok or rather crap with, my kind of ppl.. haha... ultimately, i will give him the thumbs up for the level of customer service he portrayed, he even knew tat windows vista can shrink the C:\ without even using partition majic or other 3rd party tools, unlike some other well-known manufacturer..... good product knowledge i wud say..
After that went to food republic for lunch, and then juz walked ard wisma atria while waiting for alan, who took kinda long, i was saying tat his bus comes from JB, and then nids to get some proper shoes so can walk faster, or he nids a "NIKE", since we were at the new Nike concept store at wisma.. the store is quite big, occupying 2 levels. NIke now practices customised marketing, allowing consumers to customise their own t-shirts and other designs... t-shirt alone costs 27bux, the quality onli so-so.
finally alan arrived, and went over to Tangs. Looked ard, initially wanted braun buffel wallet, bt then the price was not worth it and the customer service sux..!! other customer service crew oso presented bad customer service. Looks like Tangs nids to buck up their cusomer service in this tourist belt of orchard!! dun see us a young ppl can be easily pushed ard or show bad service!!
Goldlion has this box set of 2 grained-leather wallets gg for 76bux after a 20% discount from 95bux. looks and sounds atttractive, but the brand makes it sounds uncle.. shld i buy tat?? no pics of it though...

After coffee, we accompanied lilian to cuppage for her dance, and for the rest of the nite, alan and me juz shopped ard orchard...
After her dance, we went to plaza sing kopitam for dessert. the dessert food stall lady really displayed bad service once again... really felt like complaining, even lil was frustrated with the MADE IN CHINA CUSTOMER SERVICE.. FOREIGN TALENT, see wat happens when sg imports such foreign talent... zzz
